She was predeceased by: her father William; her husband Harold L. Phillips; her daughter Sandra L. Phillips Johnson; and her siblings, Nancy Willing, George Black and Marvin Eugene "Gene".
She is survived by: her daughter Kimberly A. Robinson of Hannibal, MO; her grandchildren, Teri Twyman, Joseph Goodhart and Kelly Goodhart; and her great grandchildren, Jase Goodhart and Harrison Twyman. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
