She was predeceased by: her parents, John Frederick Songer and Ella Underwood Songer; her husband Herbert J. Hampton; her son David R. Hampton; her brothers, John Frederick Songer and Eugene Songer; her daughter-in-law Jane Ann Hampton; her granddaughter Bridgette Dawn Carroll; and her great grandchild Austin Scott Hampton.
She is survived by: her children, Nancee J. Ott of Irving, TX, Pamela S. Brown (David E.) of Hannibal, MO and John W. Hampton of Hannibal, MO; and her grandchildren, Anthony "Tony" J. Ott, Sean Hampton, Scott Hampton, Christopher Hampton, Tanya R. Crane, J. W. Hampton and Katrina L. Hampton. She is also survived by 12 great-grandchildren; and 4 great-great grandchildren.
