She was predeceased by: her parents, Edgar H. Alms and Hazel J. McCoy Alms; and her son Gabriel Hayden. She is survived by: her husband Terence "Archie" Hayden; her children, Clay Hayden (Leigh), Teri Lynn Hayden, Emma Wright (Chris) and Holly Hardy (Matthew); her brother Gary E. Alms (Joy); and her grandchildren, Zadie Hayden, Phillip Hayden, Lillian Hayden, Abel Wright, Max Wright, Lettie Wright and Hazel Hardy.

Memorial contributions may be made to ALS Association or Hannibal LaGrange University.
