With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Timothy C. Carter of Hannibal, Missouri, born in Indianapolis, Indiana, who passed away on December 11, 2020 at the age of 79. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Herman F. Carter and Ruth Poole Carter; and his brother Dan Carter. He is survived by: his wife Patricia Hudelson; and his children, Joan Marie Shepherd, Becky Sue Tullock (Lee), Timothy A. Carter (Sandy), Michael Vannatta and Tanya Vannatta Dauma (Richard). He is also survived by 11 grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren.

Memorial contributions may be made to the Hannibal High School Booster Club.
