He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Clarence Sapp Sr. and Dorothy Ann Carper Sapp; and his wife Barbara Sapp. He is survived by: his children, Robert W. Sapp and Cherry Sapp; his brother Charles C. Sapp Jr. (Marianne); and his nephew Isaac Sapp.
