She was predeceased by: her parents, Clarence Pearl Webber and Lucille Huss Webber; her children, Lois Adams, Rachel Ard, Diane Zumwalt, Roger Lee Zumwalt and Leroy Zumwalt; her siblings, Clarence Earl Webber, Josephine Adair and Joan Cantrell; and her husband Homer Edward Zumwalt, Sr..
She is survived by: her children, Amy Davis (Dennis) and Homer E. Zumwalt, Jr. (Penny); her granddaughters, Brandy Joles, Kelli Joles and Keri Penrod; her siblings, Carl Webber (Katherine) and Lois Perrigo; and also, Aaron Davis, Jordan Zumwalt, Kevin Penrod, Brehton Zumwalt, Justin Miller and Pauly Holman. She is also survived by 19 grandchildren, 30 great grandchildren, and numerous nieces and nephews.
