He was predeceased by: his parents, Stephen E. Locke and Edna Harvey Locke; and his sisters, Vera and Dorothy. He is survived by: his children, Susan Clark of Hannibal and Steve Locke (Melanie) of Hannibal; his nephew Brian Powell (Beth) of Hannibal; and his grandson Brenden Hooper. He is also survived by several grandchildren, nieces and nephews.

Memorial contributions may be made to the Northeast Missouri Humane Society.
