He was predeceased by: his parents, James Biggs and Sarah Glascock (Lester); and his great grandchild Jack Seward. He is survived by: his wife Joan O'Neal; his children, Jill Suzanne Spalding (J. T.) of Monroe City, MO, Bethany Ann Franklin (Bill) of Monroe City, MO, Gail Kristine White (Eric) of Hannibal, MO and Jay Stephen Glascock (Lynnae) of Hannibal, MO; his sister Kathleen Thompson of Sierra Vista, AZ.; his grandchildren, Megan Moss (Jeremy), Lindsay Seward (Matt), Zach Franklin (Nikki), Shelby McCormick (Elijah), Logan White, Lauer Glascock, Creed Glascock and Zada Glascock; and his great grandchildren, Ryan, Ethan, Jadon, Mya, Myles, Cole, Reid, Lilly, Will, Vada, Henry and Jackson. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
