He was predeceased by: his parents, Bill Williams and Anna Faye Young Williams; and his brothers, Jim Williams and Don Williams. He is survived by: his wife Debra Faye Moutray; his sons, Dewayne Williams (Ninette) of Monroe City, MO, Shannon Williams (Tracy) of Durham, MO, Chad Williams of Hunnewell, MO, Ryan Williams (J. D.) of Clark, MO and Bryan Williams (Nikki) of Clark, MO; his sister Kay Hudson (Dennis) of New London, MO; his grandchildren, Taylor Fishback, McKenna Asmus, Emilee Paxton, Ava Williams, Brady Williams and Teagan Williams; and his great grandchildren, Riley Fishback and Reagan Fishback. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
