He is survived by: his wife Catherine Hall (Phelan); his children, Denise DeMeulmeester (Bart) of Kansas City, MO, Christopher of Eagan, MN, Maureen Tejeda (Art) of Kansas City, MO, Amy Truelove (Eric Lynch), Michael Hall (Diane) of Parkville, MO and Mark Hall (Angie) of Liberty, MO.; his grandchildren, Joshua, Meagan DeMeulmeester, Christopher II, Matthew, Brennan, Malena Hall, Catie Tejeda, Danny, Caitlin, Ryan Truelove, Trevor, Sean and Marie Hall; and his great grandchildren, Kaiden, Mason and Noah Truelove.
