She was predeceased by: her parents, Elmer Jacobsmeyer and Alma Mae Ross Jacobsmeyer; her siblings, Frances Simpson, Irma Torrey, Patricia "Pat" Poor and E. R. "Jake" Jacobsmeyer; and her daughters, Jeanette and Janet.

She is survived by: her husband Joseph William "Bill" Bridges, Jr.; and her children, Joseph William "Joe" Bridges III (Leslie) of Dunnellon, John Leland Bridges (Vickie) of Hannibal, MO, James Gregory Bridges (Janice), Jeral Lynn Anderson of Colorado Springs, CO, Jeffery Alexander Bridges (Jackie) of Hannibal, MO and Jennifer Mae Kuehnert (Kendall) of Colorado Springs, CO. She is also survived by 16 grandchildren, 29 great grandchildren and 4 great great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
