It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Sandra Evans of Hannibal, Missouri, born in Center, Missouri, who passed away on August 17, 2021, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, James Monroe Asher and Helen Couch Asher of Virginia; her former husband Kenneth R. Evans; and her husband Kenny. She is survived by: her daughters, April Fohey (Steve) and Kelly Frame (Joe Aplin); her grandchildren, Cody Frame (Amber), Christopher Fohey (Rheannon), Keegan Harvey (Eric), Shannon Yarbrough (Mike) and Jenny Horton; and her great grandchildren, Cale Horton, Anna Yarbrough, Brooke Yarbrough, Aron Horton, Caden Brown and Evan Fohey.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Arch United Methodist Church, in lieu of flowers.
