He is survived by: his parents, Stanley Duncan of St. Louis, MO and Wanda Phillips Puckett; his stepfather William Puckett of Washington, MO; his stepchildren, Dustin Lewis of Granite City, IL and Destiny Champion of Granite City, IL; his siblings, Matthew Duncan of Jefferson City, MO and Bambi Duncan of Washington, MO; his stepgrandson Larry Lewis; and his niece Delilah Mitchell.
