Samuel H. Massey Obituary
We are sad to announce that on May 18, 2020, at the age of 92, Samuel H. Massey (Hannibal, Missouri) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Samuel H. Massey and Charlotte Massey; his brother Earl Massey; his sister-in-law Lucille Massey of Monroe City; his siblings, Vernon Massey of Hannibal and Eldor Massey Hickman (Lyle Hickman) of Paris Tennessee; and his half-brother Arthur Kumm (Ester Kumm) of Kirksville.
He is survived by: his wife Mildred P. Sandifer (Millie); his son Larry Tewell of Mexico Missouri; and his grandchildren, Becky (Tony Spurlin) of Woodstock Georgia and Matthew Tewell of Woodstock Georgia. He is also survived by five great-grandchildren, two great-great-grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews.
In keeping with his strong faith, Sam requested upon his death that any Memorials be made to St. Francis Catholic School or the Veterans Home in Mexico Missouri.
