She was predeceased by: her father Charles A. Salyer, Sr.; and her husband George Wesley "Duke" Palmer. She is survived by: her mother Grace Marie Mullnix of Hannibal; her sons, Chris Harlow (Jessica) of Monroe City and Michael Harlow (Kelsey) of Hannibal; her stepdaughter Brenda Sue Palmer; her siblings, Charles Salyer (Anna) of Monroe City, James Salyer of Hannibal, Rose Ruby of Bowling Green, Anna Gilbert (Gil) of Danville, Linda Baer (Dennis) of Belleville, Donna Dodd of Barstow, Roma Salyer of Quincy and Leta Salyer of Hannibal; and her grandchildren, Wesley Harlow, Luke Harlow, Remington Harlow and Michael "Willie" Harlow. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
