With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Ross Allan Minks of Hannibal, Missouri, born in Columbia, Missouri, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on July 4, 2024 at the age of 50. He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Minks and Nancy Davis Minks; and his brother Brandon VanBibber. He is survived by: his children, Elizabeth Shepherd, Khouri Minks, Haydin Morgan and Ashley Hall; and his siblings, Robert Minks, Joseph Minks, Jamie Shepherd Pierce, James Shepherd II, James Shepherd III and Amber Moran. He is also survived by four grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
