He was predeceased by: his sister Cheryl K. Rozelle. He is survived by: his wife Linda Powell of Hannibal, MO; his son Lee Powell (Kim) of Owensville, MO; his grandson Rylee A. Powell of Owensville, MO; his brother Terrill Powell of Lebanon, MO; his brother-in-law Gene Rozelle; his nieces, Ally Leonard (Clay) and Amy Cox (John); his great-niece Maya; and his great-nephew Finn of Alabama.

In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to 'Hannibal LaGrange University Shooting Sports'.
