With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Roger Lynn Winningham (Hannibal, Missouri), who passed away on January 19, 2020 at the age of 63. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, John R. Charlton and Dorothy E. Charlton; his brothers, Dennis R. Winningham and John A. Charlton; and his great-niece Ivy Marie Sue Wright.
He is survived by: his wife Judi Rogers; his close friend Lois Whatley; and his siblings, Steve Charlton (Kelly) of Hannibal, MO, Lana R. Mullis of Quincy, IL and Laura Wright (Richard) of Quincy, IL. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews.
