He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl V. Foust and Geraldine Marie Hilgenbrinck Foust; and his sister Penny Foust. He is survived by: his daughters, Valarie Hooper and Amanda K. Bell; and his siblings, Jeff Foust, Jerome Foust (Valerie) and Debbra Scott (Ronald). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
A graveside service was held on Monday, February 10th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Mt. Olivet Cemetery (2340 Fulton Ave, Hannibal, MO 63401).
