She was predeceased by: her parents, Raymond Howell and Nellidene Fusselman Howell; her siblings, Richard Howell, Russell W. Howell, Kevin "Ray" Howell and Raydene Miller; and her siblings-in-law, Herbert Rodgers Jr., Elbert Miller and Ruby Howell.
She is survived by: her son Scott Rodgers (Alyssa) of Columbia, MO; her brothers, Ronald Howell (Nora) and Rodger Howell (Patti); her sisters-in-law, Judy Howell, Pam Westbrook, Clara Howell and Jacqueline Spencer; her grandchildren, Chloe Mae Rodgers and Finn Rowen Rodgers; and her niece Deanna. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, great nieces, and great nephews.
Visitation was held on Thursday, August 22nd 2024 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the James O'Donnell Funeral Home, Inc. (302 S 5th St, Hannibal, MO 63401). A funeral service was held on Friday, August 23rd 2024 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
