He was predeceased by: his parents, Archie Reidmeyer and Virginia Reidmeyer (Landrum); his wife Nellie Ruth Reidmeyer (Hall); his uncles, L. M. Landrum, Jr. and Robert Landrum; and his cousin Ginni Koenig.
He is survived by: his children, Mark Reidmeyer (Mary) of Rolla, Carole Martin (Dan) of Kingsport, Tennessee and Phyllis Painting (Mike) of Independence, Missouri.; his grandchildren, Liz Rothove, Andrew Reidmeyer, Cara Copple, Matt Martin, Melanie Scott, Erica Painting and Justin Painting; and his brother-in-law Henry Hall (Peggy) of LaPlata, Missouri.. He is also survived by thirteen great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Saturday, February 8th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Arch United Methodist Church (56017 Ocean Wave Rd, Hannibal, MO 63401). A funeral service was held on Saturday, February 8th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial gifts be made to Arch United Methodist Church Scholarship Fund, to Mark Twain Behavioral Health, or to an organization of the donor's choice.
