He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Raymond Ocheltree and Fern Ocheltree (Vaughn); his pet Nicki; his sister Debbie Dodd (Bub) of Hannibal, MO; his great-nephew Beckham Dodd; his niece Kristen Dodd (Matt Rusgis); and his uncle Bryan Vaughn. He was also cherished by many cousins and close friends.
