He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert "Doc" and Heiress Heiser, Sr. (Frese); and his parents-in-law, Robert and Dorothy Matson. He is survived by: his wife Donna Heiser of Hannibal; his sister Judy Heiser Pratt (Carl) of Shreveport, LA; his brothers-in-law, Larry Matson (Pam) of New London, MO and Dale Matson (Janet) of Hannibal, MO; his aunt Florence Lampton of Hannibal, MO; his nieces and nephews, Jay Ossman (Marti), Julie Yeolwell (Darren), Joel Ossman, Tiffanie Hof (Steve), Tracie Hark (John), Enoch Matson (Michelle), Erin Matson and Geri Powell; and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Robert, Jackson, Hudson, Connor, Caden, Hallie, Evan, Logan, Chase, Audrey, Gillian, Michael, Nora and Lisa Willett.
Those in attendance at the visitation and service will be required to wear masks and practice social distancing.
