He is survived by: his wife Paula Smith Lewis of Wellsville, MO; his stepchildren, Shaytwain Smith of Moberly, MO, Santana Simmons and Shatorya Simmons of Hannibal, MO; his stepgrandchild Marshaun Howard; his daughter Akelia Lewis Prince (Jimmie) of Norcross; his grandchildren, Quinshae Lewis, Jioni Lewis of Norcross, GA and Da'Zahion Goldsmith of Rockford, IL; and his siblings, Clariona Tucker (Normal) of Bloomington and Gail Lewis of Columbia, MO. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
