He is survived by: his spouse Judy Gail Charlton; his children, Rhonda Hammock (Kent) of Hannibal, MO, Michele Dungan (Steve) of Hannibal, MO, Ed Tobias (Tammy) of Hannibal, MO and Gabrielle Hagan (Sam) of Hannibal, MO; his sister Mary K. Quigley (Pat) of Kansas City, MO; and his siblings-in-law, Geneva Simms, Barb Brandon (Harvey), Goldie Mitchell (Kevin), Danny Powell and Butch Charlton (Sue). He is also survived by 22 grandchildren, several great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
