Robert Charlton Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Robert Charlton (Hannibal, Missouri), who passed away on April 7, 2020, at the age of 60, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his mother Norma Jean Charlton, Sr. (Walls); his father-in-law Sam Worrell; his son-in-law Billy Smashey, Sr.; and his brother Bobby Patterson. He is survived by: his wife Margi Charlton; his father Harold Charlton; his stepmother Betty of Hannibal, MO; his mother-in-law Harriett Worrell of Middletown, MO; his daughter Jaime Wasson (Josh) of Hannibal, MO; his siblings, Gene Charlton of Hannibal, MO, Danny Patterson (Susie) of Hannibal, MO, Vickie Rickey (Dennis) of Hannibal, MO and Peggy Hardy of New London, MO; his brother-in-law Harry Worrell (Tina) of New London, MO; his grandchildren, Billy Smashey, Jr. (Miya), Jaylie Smashey (Colton), Laikyn Smashey, Torren Smashey, Diana Wasson, Tori Wasson and Jasper Wasson; and his great grandchild Eliza Smashey. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, and caring friends.
