She was predeceased by: her parents, Phillip Brown Sr. and John Elsie Moore Brown; her brother Phillip Brown Jr.; and her niece Charmaine Brown. She is survived by: her children, Xavier D. Hall Jr. (Doris) and X'Andrea R. Hall (John); her brother Jeffrey Brown (Cheryl); her siblings-in-law, Virginia Brown, Barbara Harvey, Maggie Hall, Sarita Hall and Xanthanese Hall Jr.; and her grandchildren, Xavier D. Hall III, Jonathan E. Green and Xavion D. Hall. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Friday, February 21st 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the James O'Donnell Funeral Home (302 S 5th St, Hannibal, MO 63401). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, February 22nd 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Willow Street Christian Church (404 Willow St, Hannibal, MO 63401).
