He was predeceased by: his father Jimmy R. Harris; and his brother David Harris. He is survived by: his mother Nancy M. Tate Harris of Hannibal, MO; his daughter Danielle Wagner; and his brother Steve Harris of Hannibal, MO.. He is also survived by his nieces and nephews.

Memorial contributions may be made to the Cancer Society.
