He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold "Cutter" Fogle and Emma Dodd Fogle; his wife Virginia Sue Parsons; and his brother James "Bono" Fogle. He is survived by: his close friend Patricia Shaw; his children, Ralph W. Fogle, Jr. (Kimberly) of Centralia, MO, Phyllis Fogle Boggs (William Schwanke) of Hannibal, MO and Donnie Riley (Lacy) of Hannibal, MO; his stepchildren, Harry Riley and Tina Riley; and his siblings, George Fogle, John Fogle, Harold Fogle, Sylvia Freeman, Elsie Fogle, Rosie Fogle and Theresa Hirner. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren; several great grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.
