He is survived by: his children, John Withee (Peggy), Linda Whaley (Robert) of Manchester, MO, Jackie Rouse of North Carolina, Gina Coffey (Paul) of Hannibal, MO, Mary Withee Rhodes (Eric Johnston) of Hannibal, MO, James Withee of Hannibal, MO and Kenny Withee; and his daughter-in-law Karen Withee of St. Peters, MO.. He is also survived by several grandchildren and great grandchildren.
