He was predeceased by: his parents, Fred Paul Butcher and Anna Mabel Kelley Butcher; his wife Evelyn Jean Richardson; his son Stephen Paul Butcher; and his niece Pamela Ketsenburg.
He is survived by: his great-nieces, Stacy Kamrowski (Anthony) of New London, MO and Tracy Ketsenburg of Hannibal, MO; his friend Ronnie Caldwell; and also Roman Kamrowski.
