She was predeceased by: her parents, Ferren Dale Sims and Helen Francis Watts Sims; her husband Walter "Bib" William Thomure; her siblings, Beverly J. McSorely, Wendall T. Sims and Ferren W. Sims; and her brother-in-law Richard Sanders.

She is survived by: her children, Danny Thomure (Lori), Tammy Ryan (Pat), Jerry Thomure (Katie), Jonathan Thomure and Jimmy Thomure (Jenny); her grandchildren, Matthew Thomure (Jessica), Kasey Ryan, Melissa Bruce (Danny), Erin Dickhut (Joel), Andrew Ryan (Grace), Katherine Thomure, Max Thomure, Lauryn Hinthorne, Jairyn Hinthorne, Cooper Thomure, Kase Thomure, Liam Thomure, Chase Thomure and Blake Thomure; her sisters, Marilyn Hammock (Dean) and Carole Sanders; and her siblings-in-law, Joyce Sims and Wilbur McSorley. She is also survived by 14 great grandchildren; one great great grandchild.
