He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald F. Lee and Diane J. Widish Lee. He is survived by: his close friend Yvonne Edstrohm of Hannibal, MO; his children, Michael Lee Jr. (Ellie Allen) of Hannibal, MO, Michelle Paugh (Scott) of Hannibal, MO and Joseph Deavers (Virginia) of Auxvasse, MO; and his siblings, Greg Lee (Susie) of Quincy, IL and Donna Wilson (Skip) of Arizona.

Memorial contributions may be made to the Hannibal Masonic Lodge #188.
