He was predeceased by: his parents, Cecil Thomas Garrett and Erma Lee Wroughton. He is survived by: his children, Michael Garrett (Dawn), Lakisha Robbins and Tabatha Erlandsen (Peter); and his siblings, Steve Garrett (Tina), Pat Garrett (Gina), Terry Garrett (Tracy), Charles Rhoades, Shirley Garrett Cassidy (William), Dawn Garrett Reed (Derek) and Debbie Garrett (Joe). He is also survived by several grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
Memorial contributions may be made to the James O'Donnell Funeral Home to help the Garrett Family with funeral expenses.
