He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Scott Higgins and Anna Mae Dark Higgins; and his brother-in-law Bobby Hufford. He is survived by: his fiancée Sara Lenane of Hannibal, MO; his siblings, Larry Higgins of Hannibal, MO, David Higgins (Heather) of Hannibal, MO, Roberta Hufford of Hannibal, MO and Barbara Mills of Iowa; and his close friend Kelly Epperson. He is also survived by three nieces.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to James O'Donnell Funeral Home to assist with funeral expenses.
