He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Melvis G. Palmer, Lilly Mae Palmer, Chester Culp and Frances "Hooty" Culp. He is survived by: his parents, George W. Palmer (Ruby) and Sue Culp; his siblings, Troy Scott Culp and Brenda Sue Palmer; and his stepbrothers, Christopher Harlow (Jessica) and Kevin Michael Harlow. He is also survived by his nieces and nephews.
