He is survived by: his parents, John Wagner and Patricia Tate Wagner of Hannibal, MO; his children, Madison Wagner of Hannibal, MO, Hunter Wagner (McKenze Swank) of Columbia, MO and Conner Wagner of Columbia, MO; his grandmother Geraldine Tate of Hannibal, MO; his siblings, Donald Sullivan (Sarah) of Hannibal, MO, Billy Sullivan of Center, MO, Dawn Folweiler of Hannibal, MO, Gina Wagner (William) of Paris, MO and Jennifer Clark of Hannibal, MO; and his granddaughter Graislynn Gallaher. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, nieces, and nephews.
