She was loved and cherished by many people including: her husband Robert Charles Welch; her parents, Russell Lefever and Marie Lefever (Loehrke); her siblings, Richard Lefever, Betty Myers and Bonnie Dudding; and her children, Jerry Welch (Janet), Larry Welch Sherry Moneer (Steve), Mary Matyas (Steve) and Debra Allen (Darrell). She was also cherished by mother and later as a grandmother and has numerous great grandchildren.

Memorial contributions may be made to the Hannibal Nutrition Center, in care of the Smith Funeral Home & Chapel.
