She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas Welch and Virginia Welch (Howard); and her siblings, Thomas Welch and Betty Mudd. She is survived by: her husband Arthur C. White; her children, Arthur White (Susan) of Hannibal, MO, Tangela Rickard (Larry) of Hannibal, MO, Randall White (Cristie) of Jay, OK, Samuel White (Teresa) of Palmyra, MO, Pam Davis (Gary) of Palmyra, MO, Mary Mitchell (Mike) of Hannibal, MO and Christina Simerl of Hannibal, MO; and her siblings, James Welch (Rose Ann), Rose Rickard and Allene Nelson. She is also survived by two grandchildren, numerous great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
