With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Lyle Cecil Cox of Hannibal, Missouri, born in Oologah, Oklahoma, who passed away on October 3, 2023 at the age of 88. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, John Cecil Cox and Vada Marie Crawford Cox; and his stepfather Robert Snow. He is survived by: his wife Betty Ellen Roland; his children, Sandy See (Jack) of New London, MO and Alan Cox (Lori) of Hannibal, MO; his sister Oleta Moore (Ron) of North Highland, CA; and his grandchildren, Jeremiah See (Andrea), Andy See (Amy), Cassie See McLaughlin (Ryan) and Alana Cox Lewellen (Denny). He is also survived by 11 great grandchildren; and one great great grandchild.
Memorial contributions may be made to Prince Avenue Baptist Church or Mt. Zion Christian Church.
