He was predeceased by: his parents, Louis Garrett and Lorena Garrett (Elwood); his wife Marjorie Banks; his stepson Dennis David; and his great grandchild Blake David.
He is survived by: his children, Louis Garrett (Kari) of Hannibal, MO, Della Waters (Sam) of Hannibal, MO and Diana Bunch of Plainfield, IL; his stepsons, Daniel David (Kathy), Larry David and Steven David; his brother Glenn Garrett of Newark, MO; and his grandchildren, Chad Waters, Mark David, Cory David, Clinton David, Wes David, Whitney Long (Aaron), Victoria Bunch, Christina Chaplin and Madelyn Garrett. He is also survived by many great-grandchildren, great, great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Northeast Missouri Humane Society, or the Cuddle Cat Rescue, in care of Grand View Funeral Home.
