It is always difficult saying goodbye to someone we love and cherish. Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Leah Thomas of Hannibal, Missouri, who passed away at the age of 99, on February 18, 2021. She was predeceased by: her parents, Ira Williams and Elnora Williams (Harvey); her husband Virgil M. Thomas of McCune, KS; her son Phillip; and her grandson Wade.
She is survived by: her sons, Dr. Duane Thomas (Jeanne) and Dr. Blaine Thomas (Mindy) of Hannibal, MO; her daughter-in-law Diana Thomas of St. Joseph, MO; and her brother Lloyd Williams (Jean) of Wichita, KS. She is also survived by five granddaughters; one grandson; and nine great-grandchildren.
Due to Covid-19 there will be no public visitation held. Those attending the service will be required to wear masks and practice social distancing.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Beth Haven Nursing Home, in care of the Grand View Funeral Home.
