He is survived by: his fiancé Ronna Earnshaw; his children, Ashley Hayes of Hannibal, MO, Karlie Hayes of Lentner, MO and Gina Hayes; and his siblings, Terry Hayes (Sally) of Hannibal, MO, Dale Hayes of Hannibal, MO, David Hayes of Alabama, Joyce Allen of Hannibal, MO and Lisa Runyon (Calvin) of Hannibal, MO.. He is also survived by 3 grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.
