He is survived by: his children, Brian Fogle (April) of Arizona and Christina Powers (Thomas) of New Mexico; and his brothers, Joe Fogle of Hannibal, MO and Robert Fogle (Carol) of Hannibal, MO. He is also survived by 4 grandchildren; 7 great grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
