He was predeceased by: his parents, Archie Richard and Beulah Juanita Christal (Jones); his son Karson Larry Christal; and his siblings, Virginia, Esther, Bonnie, Martha, Nadine and Bernold.
He is survived by: his wife Kara Lena Hack; his daughter Kendra Leah Sherwood (Larry) of Hannibal, MO; his grandsons, Kameron Lars Christal (Maddie), Koden Zye Sherwood, Kasen Alan Sherwood and Keestin Larry-Karson Sherwood; and his brother David Christal of New London, MO. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
