She was predeceased by: her parents, Paul Kurtz and Roberta Usherwood Peacock; her husband Charles "Poncho" Haynes; her siblings, Diannia Brinkley, Velma Waters, Steve Kurtz and James Kurtz; and her daughter Sheri Lopez (Haynes).
She is survived by: her children, Charles Haynes (Kandace) of Desoto, Stacy Haynes of Beardstown and Sabrina Haynes (Randy) of Beardstown, Illinois; and her siblings, Paul Kurtz of Barry, Illinois, Helen Brinkley of Hannibal and Cindy Ledbetter of Hannibal, Missouri. She is also survived by granddaughter that she helped raise, R'eanna Guadarrama (Chad); and numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
