She was predeceased by: her parents, Bill Gibbons and Mary Rowland Gibbons; her brothers, Michael Gibbons and Bret Gibbons; and her stepfather Owen Ransdell.

She is survived by: her daughter Ashley R. Gibbons (Markel Dorsey Sr.) of Mexico, Missouri; her siblings, William Gibbons (Pam) of Pueblo, Colorado, Sandra Nadeau of Hannibal, Kelly Gibbons of Hannibal and Lisa Ellis (Chris) of Hannibal, Missouri; and her grandchildren, Hayleigh, Haven, Keaton, Markel Jr. and Kealei. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
