He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Keil Burwinkle and Jean Trenter; his uncle John Lackey; and his great-grandparent Henry Lackey. He is survived by: his parents, Andy Burwinkle and Kamber Lackey; his grandparents, Sharon Burwinkle of Palmyra, Craig, Cheri Weyermann of Quincy, IL and Virgil Lackey (Jana Hassen) of Palmyra, MO; his great-grandparent Geraldine Lackey of Shelbina, MO; his siblings, Kody Burwinkle of Palmyra, MO, Jake Mann (Tiffany) of Enid, OK and Sydney Burwinkle of Palmyra; his close friend Genevia Haley; and his aunts and uncles, Jenny Burwinkle, Kimberly Lackey, Jeff Lackey (Carrie), Josh Lackey (Kim), Betsy Gustison (Tony) and Mandy Cramsey (Chad). He is also survived by numerous cousins and extended family.
