Joy Lynn Vavra Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joy Lynn Vavra of Hannibal, Missouri, who passed away on January 17, 2022, at the age of 64, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Russel Pope and Carolyn Vance; her siblings, Leroy Taj Vance and Tasha Vance; her stepfather LeRoy Vance; and her parents-in-law, Jerry Vavra and Sandy Hudson.

She is survived by: her husband Richard Vavra; her children, Roy Gene Smith (Tiffany), Heaven Smith and Angel Vavra; her stepson Faulkner (Dani); her sisters, Debbie Burke, Leanna "Shorty" Campfield and Sheri Pflum (Glenn); her mother-in-law Margie Vavra; and her siblings-in-law, Scott Vavra (Lisa) and Sheree Marty. She is also survived by thirteen grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
