He was predeceased by: his siblings, Timothy and Blankarosa. He is survived by: his parents, Donald C. Clements of Elk City and Deleta Sue McQuiston of Macon; his wife Sarah Clements; his children, Grace, Abbie, Delanie, Jacob, Mason, Xander, Chessa, Miles, Blain, Sydney and Jasmine; his siblings, Breene McQuitty (Cheryl), Jonathan Clements (Stephanie), Misti Gepford (Shannon), Michelle Looker (John), CJ Clements (Blaze) and Codie Forester; and his father-in-law Shelly (Terry Armstrong). He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and cousins.
